90' +2
Valencia win themselves a corner out on the right-hand side, but Navas comes out to claim the delivery very well indeed. The away side are pressing high and trying to force the issue, but if anything it is leaving them far more open at the back.

89'
Z. Bakkali enters the game and replaces Fabián Orellana.
Real Madrid are back ahead and looking at taking three points here, with another late goal having a bearing on LaLiga's title race. Casemiro drives into space and tries to shoot from the edge of the penalty area, but his effort is charged down well by Mangala.

Marcelo has scored a goal for Real Madrid! Assist by Álvaro Morata.
Lato takes his leave, with Jose Gaya returning from injury to feature at left-back for the last five minutes.
Carvajal drills a low cross in from the right-hand side, but Marco Asensio can't get across his man to fire home a close-range finish. The home fans are urging their players on, as although a draw wouldn't be the end of the world, it would definitely give Barcelona added belief.
GOOOOOOOAL! MARCELO MAKES IT 2-1! Morata clips a cross in from the right byline, with the ball sailing to the edge of the penalty box. The Brazilian left-back checks inside and onto his right foot, before slotting a very neat finish beyond Diego Alves. Huge goal for the hosts.
Morata does well to dig out a cross, but finding Marcelo definitely wasn't his intention!
84'
Real Madrid are now left with the need to score again, after Valencia make a set play count. The hosts haven't really been tested this afternoon, with Los Che needing to step out of cruise control and respond. Voro's men have something to hold onto now.
82'
L. Modrić gets yellow.
Dani Parejo has scored a goal for Valencia!
GOOOOOOOOOOAL! PAREJO MAKES IT 1-1! WHAT A HIT! From the best part of 25 yards, the Spanish midfielder curls a beautiful free-kick effort into the top-left corner. Navas got a bit of a hand on it, but couldn't push the ball to safety! Inspiration from the visiting captain.
Modric gets a yellow card for taking too long to march out the 10 yards away from the free kick.
81'
We're into the final 10 minutes in Madrid, with the hosts still holding onto their delicate lead. Casemiro concedes a free-kick around 25 yards out from his own goal, with Dani Parejo having the chance to shoot. Real Madrid need a second goal to kill the spirits of Los Che.
79'
Chance for Ronaldo! Marco Asensio curls a good delivery in towards the back post, with the Portugal international gambling to get on the end of it. Both the Real Madrid forward and Lato collide with the upright, after a shot from the former is directed shy of the target. Both players are down after that clash with the woodwork.

Description
77'

Morata picks up a yellow card for a late tackle on Carlos Soler. The Spaniard makes up for it by trying to fire home a shot from a very tight angle on the left, but he can't hit the target with it.
76'
Rodrigo tries to bend a cross in from the left-hand side, but Navas makes a very simple catch. Santi Mina has just been chasing shadows up top this afternoon, Zaza's absence has definitely been felt. Ronaldo and Morata try to combine on the counter, but a pass into the substitute is cut out.
74'
Marcelo releases Marco Asensio down the left-hand side, but the youngster is caught offside while angling a great throughball into the path of Morata. Close margins there for Valencia. Real Madrid have a couple of players on the pitch with a point to prove to Zidane here.
72'
Álvaro Morata enters the game and replaces K. Benzema.
Benzema is replaced by Morata after a quiet performance.
71'
Munir manages to meet a cross in from the right-hand side, with Nacho getting caught out of position a little bit. An attempted header from the Spaniard sails a long way over the crossbar, however. Valencia have barely created anything since the restart, so that is a wasted opportunity.
70'
Rodrigo enters the game and replaces Nani.
Rodrigo comes into the game for the away side, with Nani taking his leave. The former Fenerbahce man is taking his time to get off the pitch. Strange, given that Valencia aren't in with a chance of taking home a share of the spoils as things stand.
68'
Ronaldo drives into a pocket of space on the edge of the penalty area, but an attempted shot from 25 yards out is easily blocked. Real Madrid are still banging their head against a brick wall in terms of creating any clear-cut opportunities.
66'
Marco Asensio enters the game and replaces J. Rodríguez.
Marco Asensio comes into the game for the hosts, with James taking his leave. The young forward should offer plenty of energy and dynamism on the counter.
64'
E. Mangala gets yellow.
Mangala picks up a deserved yellow card after bringing Modric down following a nice piece of skill from the Croatian midfielder on the edge of the box.
63'
Real Madrid break at pace, with Benzema found on the edge of the penalty area. The Frenchman takes a touch onto his right foot, before curling a shot with the intention of finding the top-right corner. He guides it beyond Garay, but also a fair way past the post.
62'
Marcelo and Ronaldo combine inside the opposition penalty area, but a shot from the latter then deflects off Montoya and shy of the target. James is then penalised for a supposed push on Nani, but there was absolutely nothing in it. This referee hasn't had the best of starts to this second half.
60'
Half an hour remains at Estadio Santiago Bernabeu, with the hosts still at risk of throwing the three points away if any mistakes are made. Real Madrid will be desperate to get a second goal, with plenty of substitutes now warming up on the touchline.
58'
Nani is released down the left-hand side, but a cross from the Portuguese is blocked easily by Carvajal. Valencia are offering absolutely nothing going forward at all. Santi Mina has barely touched the ball in this second half in Madrid.
57'
Penalty saved by Diego Alves!
Penalty Save Diego Alves Carreira
SAVED! DIEGO ALVES DOES IT AGAIN! The penalty specialist guesses correctly and makes a good stop to his left-hand side. It wasn't hit with much conviction from Cristiano Ronaldo, and that is a big opportunity missed for Los Blancos to kill the contest.
56'
E. Garay gets yellow.
PENALTY FOR REAL MADRID! Dani Parejo is penalised for holding Modric, but that looks incredibly soft.
Garay gets a yellow card for dissent, after complaining extensively about the decision of the referee.
55'
OFF THE POST! Close for Benzema! The Frenchman moves the ball onto his right foot on the edge of the penalty area, before crashing a brilliant effort onto the outside of the far upright! So close for the hosts.
54'
James is the target of a speculative ball forward, but Mangala steps out to make a good interception. Valencia continue to defend fairly well, with Diego Alves yet to be tested in this second half. Los Che are sitting deep and absorbing plenty of pressure.
52'
Casemiro gets yellow.
The hosts are keeping possession and control of this game, but Casemiro is forced to make a very cynical challenge after they give the ball away in midfield. Munir tries to escape on a counter, but the Brazilian tugs on his opponent's shorts to prevent him from getting away.
50'
Benzema opens play out to the right-hand side, but a cross from Carvajal is cleared by Garay. Real Madrid are attempting to force the issue and kill this game off entirely. They will want to relax as quickly as possible, but Voro's men are still in with a chance on the break for now.
48'
The away side have given the ball away whenever they have threatened to get into the final third, with Real Madrid's back four not having been asked any difficult questions at all. The hosts are in control here. Kroos shoots from 25 yards out, but it is blocked.
46'
We are back underway in the second half at Estadio Santiago Bernabeu! Valencia aren't out of this contest yet, but the signs aren't looking good for Los Che. Chances have been at an absolute premium for the visitors.
45'
Munir takes aim from the edge of the area, but the Spaniard bends a shot a long way wide of the far post, with Navas not being worried so far at Estadio Santiago Bernabeu. Routine stuff for the Costa Rican.
43'
Ronaldo is fed in behind the visiting back four, but Mangala covers across to slide in and deny the Real Madrid goalscorer. Only a few minutes remain until the interval, with the hosts trying to find a second goal for themselves. Marcelo bends in yet another cross, but Benzema and Ronaldo can't get anywhere near it.
41'
Voro's men haven't enjoyed any lengthy spells of possession in this first half, with Real Madrid taking control. Marcelo tries to clip yet another cross in from the left-hand side, but Toni Lato is there to head clear yet again. It isn't quite clicking in the final third for Los Blancos yet.
39'
Real Madrid keep possession to ensure that Valencia aren't able to build up a head of steam, with the goal from Ronaldo appearing to kill this contest off slightly. There doesn't appear to be any belief from Los Che that they can get back into this.
37'
Nani lifts a pass into Carlos Soler on the edge of the Real Madrid penalty area, but an attempted one-two from the youngster with Santi Mina is cut out. Casemiro attempts to launch a counter attack for the hosts, but a clipped ball forward from the Brazilian isn't controlled properly by Ronaldo.
35'
The home side open play out to the left-hand side, but an attempt to cross the ball in from Marcelo is denied brilliantly by Montoya. Real Madrid are pressing very high and are forcing plenty of mistakes in possession from the visiting side.
33'
Garay and Mangala have been solid so far, with Los Che defending well despite being forced to sit back deep on the back foot. Voro's men are enjoying playing with the ball generally ahead of them, with Diego Alves having had little to do apart from pick Ronaldo's header out of the back of his net.
31'
The home side win a corner on the right-hand side, but a delivery in from the right results in Nacho being penalised for a push. Valencia just haven't been able to pose any kind of threat, even on the break.
29'
Kroos drives down the right-hand side and feeds Ronaldo into space, but a cross from the latter is easily cleared. Real Madrid are still knocking on the door, despite having opened the scoring. Los Blancos are easily in control.
27'
Cristiano Ronaldo has scored a goal for Real Madrid! Assist by Dani Carvajal.
GOOOOOOOOOOAL! RONALDO MAKES IT 1-0! Dani Carvajal is given plenty of space on the right-hand side to curl in a cross, with the Portugal international then allowed to get across his man and nod a low header into the bottom-left corner. There's the opener, but it was poor defending from Valencia really.
Carvajal is given acres of space on the right flank to take his time to whip in a brilliant cross.
26'
James bends in a free-kick delivery from the right-hand side, with his inswinging effort curling just shy of the far post. Diego Alves was worried for a second there! Real Madrid are still being quite cautious in their approach, with Zidane's men clearly worried about leaving themselves short at the back.
25'
Toni Lato gets yellow.
Dani Parejo bends in a free kick from the left-hand side, but a deflection off Modric takes it easily into the arms of Navas. Real Madrid work the ball out to the right-hand side, with Toni Lato then booked for a poorly timed tackle on Dani Carvajal.
23'
Orellana drives to the edge of the penalty box, before shooting, but the Chilean midfielder is denied by a block from Nacho. Voro's men aren't afraid to try and get upfield on the counter as quickly as possible. Casemiro is forced into his first cynical tackle of the afternoon, but escapes a yellow card.
21'
Dani Parejo gets yellow.
Dani Parejo picks up a yellow card for an untidy challenge on James.
20'
Ronaldo tries to cut inside from the right-hand side to shoot, but Mangala makes a good block to deny him. Marcelo then bends in a cross from the left, which Toni Lato heads half clear, with the Brazilian clipping another delivery in while looking for the presence of Sergio Ramos moments later. Valencia continue to do well to protect their goalkeeper, with Garay nodding the danger away.
18'
Orellana is fed through on the break by Dani Parejo, but the former Celta Vigo man can only shoot a long way wide after opening the ball out onto his right foot from the edge of the area. Real Madrid head up the other end, but a quick turn and shot from Benzema results in a simple save for Diego Alves.
16'
Diego Alves takes a poor touch, but Ronaldo is unable to get to the loose ball to capitalise upon it. Real Madrid are pushing a lot of players on to try and stretch the opposing back four as much as possible. Zidane's men have settled into enjoying more of the possession, but chances have been hard to come by so far in the Spanish capital.
14'
Real Madrid are still playing with a relaxed nature to their play, with it hard to guess that the hosts have a league title on the line at the moment. Santi Mina is released on the break, but a cross from the Spaniard is cleared by Nacho ahead of Dani Parejo. Valencia aren't afraid to commit some numbers forward on the break.
12'
Carvajal ventures down the right-hand side and combines with James, before the latter lifts a cross towards the back post towards Benzema. The Frenchman gets up well to beat Montoya in the air, but his tame header is collected very easily by Diego Alves. That's the first shot on target for Zidane's side.
10'
Modric finds Kroos in space on the right-hand side, but a cross from the Germany international is headed clear by Garay. Diego Alves is yet to be worried by the hosts' attack. This game has a very low tempo indeed, with neither outfit appearing to have any plans to go straight for the kill.
8'
Real Madrid are easing their way into this one, as Zidane's men fail to start with the same intensity that they showed in games against both Barcelona and Deportivo. Nani drives down the left, before clipping in a cross, but the Portugal international's delivery sails straight out of play on the far side.
6'
Valencia have had the only real opportunity of the opening minutes, with Los Che then earning themselves a corner. It comes to nothing, with James clearing the hosts' lines. From the start of this contest, it is clear that the visiting players aren't thinking about their summer holidays quite yet.
4'
Neither team has looked to attack from the very off, with Zidane's men understandably a little worried about the issues that may arise from making an earlier mistake. Sergio Ramos' error was a bit of a reality check for Los Blancos.
2'
Santi Mina is released in behind the Real Madrid defence, before forcing a save out of Navas. The ex-Celta Vigo forward gets onto the rebound, after capitalising upon a mistake from Sergio Ramos, but his shot deflects onto the outside of the near post from a tight angle.

We are underway at Estadio Santiago Bernabeu! Real Madrid need three points to maintain their push for the title, but Valencia have a reputation for making things a little difficult for Los Blancos.
Hello and welcome to live coverage of Real Madrid's tough LaLiga clash against Valencia, which always seems to result in a hard-fought contest regardless of circumstance. Zinedine Zidane's men are in the hunt for the league title, despite losing El Clasico to Barcelona recently, with Los Blancos still needing to maintain pace with Blaugrana despite having a game in hand.
Suspensions won't help Los Che's cause this evening, with Voro's men not winning in their last three league contests. Just as Valencia appeared to be sorting their form out, they have slumped once again. Real Madrid, meanwhile, should be nicely rested after playing mostly their second string against Deportivo midweek.
TEAM NEWS: Gareth Bale is out injured once again for Real Madrid, with James Rodriguez chosen to deputise out on the right-hand side for the hosts. Karim Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo return, with Nacho preferred to Raphael Varane at centre-back. Marcelo starts yet again for Los Blancos, despite featuring very heavily recently.
TEAM NEWS: Eliaquim Mangala and Dani Parejo are back after suspension for Valencia and both start, with Toni Lato returning at left-back. Fabian Orellana is chosen to play in the hole for the visitors, with Munir and Nani starting out wide. Simone Zaza is absent due to a ban, which means that Santi Mina will lead the line for Voro's side.
Real Madrid starting line-up (4-3-3): Navas; Dani Carvajal, Nacho, Sergio Ramos, Marcelo; Modric, Casemiro, Kroos; James, Benzema, Ronaldo.
Casilla, Kovacic, Lucas Vazquez, Marco Asensio, Alvaro Morata, Isco, Danilo.
Valencia starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Diego Alves; Montoya, Garay, Mangala, Toni Lato; Dani Parejo, Carlos Soler; Munir, Orellana, Nani; Santi Mina.
HALF-TIME! That goal from Ronaldo separates the two sides! Valencia have been forced into a couple of mistakes, with one proving costly. Real Madrid haven't had to be at their best yet, but they need another goal or two to kill this contest off.
FULL-TIME! Real Madrid take the much-needed three points at home to Valencia after a nervy last 10 minutes in a 2-1 win. A goal from Ronaldo opened the scoring, before a free-kick from Dani Parejo made things interesting, with Marcelo required to step up and close home a neat finish late in the day. Los Blancos keep on pushing in LaLiga's title race. That's all that we have time for, we hope to see you again next time.
