Gueye tries his luck from range, but his effort is easily saved by Ospina.
89'
NO PENALTY! Calvert-Lewin charges into the area, battling with Mustafi. The Engand youngster takes a tumble, but the referee rightly waves away the appeals.
86'
STAT - Petr Cech has been subbed off in six Premier League games, three of which have been against Everton
83'
CHANCE! Davies does well to get through Arsenal’s defence and square a ball into Calvert-Lewin, but his first-time shot goes well wide.
82'
Henrikh Mkhitaryan is the first Arsenal player to provide three or more assists in a Premier League game since Santi Cazorla (4) vs Wigan in May 2013.
80'
Davies feeds Tosun on the edge of Arsenal’s area, but the forward massively slices his shot, and the ball trickles wide.
78'
C. Tosun enters the game and replaces O. Niasse.
A third and final change for Everton. Off comes Oumar Niasse, and on comes Cenk Tosun, a January arrival from Besiktas.
76'
Aaron Ramsey is the 20th different player to scored a Premier League hat-trick for Arsenal, more than any other team has had in the competition.
75'
J. Wilshere enters the game and replaces A. Ramsey.
That will be Aaron Ramsey's last action of the game, as he makes way for Jack Wilshere.
74'
A. Ramsey has scored a goal for Arsenal! Assist by H. Mkhitaryan.
It’s a hat-trick for Ramsey, and a hat-trick of assists for Mkhitayran on his debut.
GOOOOAAAALLL!!! RAMSEY GETS HIS HAT-TRICK. An error from Calvert-Lewin gifts possession to Mkhitaryan, who picks his head up before sliding a great cross into the area, where Ramsey is well-placed to slot home.
Minute
Description
73'
Ospina is immediately involved as he tries to punch Schneiderlin’s corner clear, but gets it all wrong. Niasse prods at the loose ball, but Mangala can’t turn it on target.
71'
Only Wayne Rooney (14) has been involved in more goals for Everton in all comps this season than Dominic Calvert-Lewin this season.
70'
D. Ospina enters the game and replaces P. Čech.
David Ospina is coming on, with Petr Cech unable to continue.
69'
Cech is down on the turf now, and it looks like he’ll have to make way. He picked up a knock early in the second half, and hasn’t recovered since.
67'
It has been a much-improved performance from Everton in the second-half, and you can’t help but feel that if Allardyce had been braver with his team selection - or made changes to the formation earlier - the Toffees could have offered more of a threat. As it is, barring a miracle comeback, this game is over.
64'
D. Calvert-Lewin has scored a goal for Everton! Assist by C. Martina.
Martina gets the assist, with Everton's full-back putting in a good cross from the left.
GOOOOAAAALLLL!!! Everton pull one back, and it is Calvert-Lewin who has it with what could well be his first touch. Martina lofted in a decent cross, and Cech was unable to get to it. Niasse missed it, but Everton’s youngster was on hand to power home with a header.
61'
D. Calvert-Lewin enters the game and replaces T. Walcott.
Here’s Everton’s second change. Theo Walcott is going off, to a warm round of applause from Everton and Arsenal fans alike. Dominic Calvert-Lewin is his replacement.
60'
Arsenal v Everton is currently the highest scoring Premier League fixture (149 goals).
57'
Walcott delivers another sublime cross, but Arsenal clear it. The hosts break, with Schneidelrin and Gueye leaving the midfield far too open. Ozil eventually feed Mkhitaryan, but the Armenian’s shot is tame and directed straight at Pickford.
55'
Bolasie again puts in a decent cross, which Cech can’t get to on this occasion. The ball fails to fall kindly to any of Everton’s attackers, though.
52'
POST! That should have been a goal for Everton! Walcott finds space down the right, and delivers a brilliant cross before Arsenal’s defence can react. Niasse gets on the end of it, but can only prod it against the upright.
51'
Better from Everton, as the Toffees manage to keep up a sustained spell of pressure which sees first Niasse, and then Walcott, have goal-bound shots blocked. Bolasie then puts in a great cross, but Cech manages to clear it.
50'
S. Mustafi gets yellow.
Good work from Niasse, who gets in behind Arsenal’s defence and draws a foul from Mustafi. The German picks up a knock, and a booking, for his troubles.
48'
Williams picks out Walcott with a decent ball from deep. The winger tries to take it down on his chest, but Kolasinac - somewhat fortutiously - manages to recover.
46'
S. Kolašinac enters the game and replaces Nacho Monreal.
T. Davies enters the game and replaces M. Keane.
Two changes at half-time, one for each side. For Arsenal, Nacho Monreal is replaced by Sead Kolasinac.
Everton's substitution sees Michael Keane make way for Tom Davies, with the visitors switching to a four at the back.
45'
Arsenal have now had 16 different goalscorers in the Premier League this season, more than any other team
43'
A brief pause in the play now, as Xhaka receives treatment after picking up a knock. The Gunners have been superb so far, and for Everton it can only be a matter of damage limitation - albeit they are failing at that at the moment.
40'
DOUBLE CHANCE! First, the post comes to Everton’s rescue, as Monreal rattles the woodwork with a header. The Spaniard has another opportunity moments later, but Kenny gets across to make a vital block.
37'
P. Aubameyang has scored a goal for Arsenal! Assist by H. Mkhitaryan.
That's a second assist for Mkhitaryan. His pass was a good one, through the heart of Everton's defence, but Aubameyang was clearly offside and the officials missed it.
GOOOOOAAAAAALLLLL!!! AUBAMEYANG GETS OFF THE MARK! Well, it gets from bad to worse for Everton as Arsenal’s club-record signing lofts a delicate finish over Pickford. However, it should not have counted, as the striker was quite clearly yards offside when Mkhitaryan threaded it through.
35'
Everton’s play is laboured and sluggish, whereas Arsenal’s is swift and incisive. The Toffees regularly have 10 men behind the ball, yet all too often they are penetrated by one sharp pass.
32'
SAVE! Everton are caught cold on the break, and that gives Aubameyang the chance to use his pace and race clear of the visitor’s retreating defence. He finally gets the shot off, but Pickford stands firm to make the stop at his near post.
30'
This match is Allardyce’s 500th in the Premier League, making him just the fifth manager to achieve this. Of the previous four managers to achieve this feat, only Arsene Wenger won his 500th match in charge.
28'
CHANCE! Everton manage to open up Arsenal on the counter - Walcott latching onto a neat throughball from Niasse. Monreal tries to block Walcott’s path, but the winger cuts inside. Just as he looks set to thump home, however, Mustafi lunges across and makes a fantastic block.
26'
That’s poor from Bolasie who, after intercepting a loose pass high upfield, fails to feed Walcott with what should have been a simple pass. The winger tries to force his way into the area instead, only for a loose touch to allow Bellerin to intervene.
24'
L. Koscielny gets yellow.
A first booking of the game now, and it goes to Koscielny. Niasse beat the Frenchman to a loose ball, and drew the foul.
23'
The opposite fixture at Goodison earlier this season finished 5-2 to Arsenal, and that signalled the end of Ronald Koeman’s time at Everton. And based on Arsenal’s performance so far, we could be looking at a much heftier defeat for the Toffees today.
20'
Ironic cheers from the travelling Evertonians, as the visitors finally manage a shot on goal. It is a dreadful one, as Martina unleashes a volley from the edge of Arsenal’s box that soars wide.
19'
A. Ramsey has scored a goal for Arsenal! Assist by A. Iwobi.
Kenny has been run ragged so far, and he gave Iwobi far too much room. Allardyce has to look at changing Everton’s system, as they have been outrun and outmatched.
GOOOAALLLLLLL!!! RAMSEY NETS AGAIN! Well, this is getting humiliating for Everton. Iwobi is allowed to stroll down the left wing, teeing up Ramsey. The Wales midfielder hits it first time, and the ball takes a deflection off Mangala. Pickford manages to get there, but can only help it into the net.
17'
Monreal somehow finds himself in possession in Everton’s area, and Kenny allows him to cut inside. The left-back lets rip with a low strike, but it deflects wide off Aubameyang.
16'
Arsenal’s opener was Ramsey’s fourth Premier League goal against Everton, his joint most against a side, along with Sunderland.
14'
L. Koscielny has scored a goal for Arsenal! Assist by S. Mustafi.
Mustafi did well to win the initial header, but that goal was purely down to Everton’s dreadful defending, with Keane, Williams and Mangala all at fault.
GOOOAAAALLL!!! KOSCIELNY MAKES IT TWO! That was so easy for Arsenal, as Everton’s torrid defence is opened up from a set-piece. Mustafi won the initial header, and Koscielny got the better of Mangala at the back post to head home.
13'
Ramsey makes a great run in behind Everton’s defence before squaring it to Aubameyang. He tries his luck first time, but Williams is well-placed to make the block.
11'
Mangala spreads the play for Everton with a decent ball, with Walcott then slipping it wide to Kenny. The youngster delivers a cross to the near post, but Cech gathers it in with ease.
10'
CLOSE! Almost a goal for Mkhitaryan, as a mix-up between Keane and Kenny enables the Armenian to charge forward and unleash a venomous effort. Pickford scampers to his right, but the ball whistles just wide.
9'
Arsenal are unbeaten in 23 home matches against Everton in all competitions (W19 D4) since a 2-1 Premier League defeat in January 1996 under Bruce Rioch.
6'
A. Ramsey has scored a goal for Arsenal! Assist by H. Mkhitaryan.
An assist on his debut then for Mkhitaryan, who has just got back to make a brilliant challenge on Mangala and prevent the defender getting free in Arsenal's box.
GOOOOAAAAALLLLL!!! ARSENAL LEAD WITHIN SIX MINUTES! Well, Allardyce’s game plan has already been proved wrong. Everton’s cumbersome defence has not been able to deal with the hosts, and it was Williams and Mangala who were exposed then. Mkhitaryan found space down the right and delivered a low cross, with Ramsey on hand to tuck home.
5'
While Everton do have pace up top, they lack it at the back, with neither Williams or Keane particularly quick. In that regard, debutant Mangala could well be key for the Toffees if they are to cope with Aubameyang. The visitors are already sitting deep, with Williams having conceded a free-kick for a clumsy challenge on Mkhitaryan.
4'
You’d suspect Arsenal will dominate possession today, and Allardyce’s plan will rely on Walcott and Bolasie stretching the pitch with their pace and getting up in support of Oumar Niasse on the counter. You can’t help but feel that the Toffees’ set-up is perhaps too defensive, given Arsenal’s recent issues at the back. The Gunners have made the most errors leading to goals in Europe’s big five leagues this season (11).
2'
Good pressing from Bolasie, who charges down Mustafi, almost forcing an error. The German defender switches it back to Cech, who manages to clear.
1'
KICK-OFF! Everton, wearing their all-blue strip, get us underway.
Welcome to LIVE coverage of the final Premier League game of the day, as Arsenal host Everton at the Emirates Stadium!
Arsene Wenger’s side have struggled on the road this term, but their home form has been impressive - the Gunners having lost just once at the Emirates this season. Everton’s away form meanwhile has been dire, with the Toffees winning just two away games in the league in 2017.
A victory against Leicester City on Wednesday did take some of the pressure off Sam Allardyce, whose side had gone seven games without a win in all competitions. Theo Walcott got both the goals in Everton’s 2-1 triumph over the Foxes, and the England winger will be looking to shine against his former club this evening.
Here is the team news in full…
Arsenal substitutes: Lacazette, Wilshere, Ospina, Chambers, Maitland-Niles, Kolasinac, Elneny.
Wenger had said that he was unsure whether Aubameyang - who has been suffering with an illness - would be fit to play today, but Arsenal’s record-signing does indeed start up top, at Alexandre Lacazette’s expense. The hosts have switched to a 4-2-3-1, with Mesut Ozil, who penned a new long-term deal with the club this week, playing a central role. Henrik Mkhitaryan makes his first start since arriving from Manchester United.
It will be interesting to see how Arsenal play without Jack Wilshere, who is on the bench. The midfielder has enjoyed a resurgence to form this season, but Aaron Ramsey has been given the nod to partner Granit Xhaka on this occasion.
Everton were buoyed by the return of Seamus Coleman on Wednesday, following the full-back’s 10-month spell on the sidelines due to a double leg-break. The Republic of Ireland defender put in a superb performance at Goodison Park, but has not been risked today and doesn’t even make the bench.
Four changes in total from Allardyce, who has gone with an extremely defensive system today. Gylfi Sigurdsson and Wayne Rooney both drop out, with Yannick Bolasie and Morgan Schneiderlin coming in. At the back, deadline day arrival Eliaquim Mangala starts, with Jonjoe Kenny also back in the side.
Arsenal were beaten 3-1 by Swansea City last time out, but have been buoyed by the deadline day acquisition of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang from Borussia Dortmund, and the striker makes his debut today.
We’re just moments away from kick-off now at the Emirates, with both sides making their way out on to the pitch…
HALF-TIME: Arsenal 4 Everton 0.
A humiliating 45 minutes for Everton, but it could not get much better for Arsenal. They raced ahead through Ramsey’s well-taken goal, before Koscielny capitalised on abysmal defending to double the hosts’ lead. Ramsey was on the scoresheet again soon after and - following a goal-saving block from Mustafi at the other end - it was then time for Aubameyang to net his debut goal.
Aubameyang’s goal should not have counted, but nevertheless Everton cannot use that as an excuse. They have been awful, and Allardyce - as well as the players - must take responsibility for his negative set-up heading into this one. His five-at-the-back system has simply invited Arsenal on from the start, and with Ramsey, Ozil and Mkhitaryan, who has two assists to his name, they have been too much for the Toffees to handle.
FULL TIME: Arsenal 5 Everton 1.
It was a dismal display from Everton, meanwhile, and Sam Allardyce must take the blame. His tactics and set-up were inviting pressure from the off, and the game was all-but over by the 20th minute.
A brilliant day for Arsenal, who return to winning ways in style - Aaron Ramsey’s hat-trick capping a dominant display from the Gunners.
Everton slip down to 10th following Bournemouth’s earlier win, while Arsenal stay in sixth, three points behind north-London rivals Tottenham.
That's all from me for now. Until next time, thank you and goodbye!
