A very, very late whistle as Juventus are awarded a free-kick rather questionably, with Dybala going down a full five seconds after the incident. That might do it...
90' +2
It's now or never for Spurs! Juventus run precious time off the clock with Lichtsteiner bringing the ball down near the corner flag, before it's eventually worked into the area for Sturaro, but his shot is straight at Lloris. Do Spurs have any late magic in store for these Wembley faithful?
90'
OH MY WORD! IT'S CLEARED OFF THE LINE! Davies clips a ball in for Kane at the far post, who bounces a header beyond Buffon and off the far post. It bounces back across goal, straddling the line, but Barzagli is able to save the day with a monstrous clearance, arriving ahead of Lamela!
Three minutes to be added on here...
88'
M. Dembélé gets yellow.
Juventus have relieved the pressure on their goal, at least for the moment, and are trying to really slow things down here. They've seen precious little of the ball over the last 10 minutes, as all they focus all their efforts on defending. And they have a free-kick here to slow the tempo, with Dembele going to the book for a foul on Dybala following a stunning block from Chiellini to deny Eriksen.
86'
Spurs' second change sees Fernando Llorente replace Alli. Can the Spaniard help rescue Tottenham? Time is running out in a real hurry.
85'
Fernando Llorente enters the game and replaces D. Alli.
84'
Buffon is incredibly heated - the ageless Juventus keeper never lacking for passion. Not entirely clear what he's upset over here, but he's having a real go at the linesman to his left.
83'
S. Sturaro enters the game and replaces G. Higuaín.
A great ovation from the travelling supporters, while jeers ring out from the Spurs faithful, as Higuain is replaced here by Stefano Sturaro.
82'
DEFLECTED BEHIND! Davies sends a lovely ball in to Son at the far post, who tees up Eriksen, but the Dane's strike is blocked bravely behind for a corner! Pressure is certainly building here, though. We're in for an incredibly tense finish.
Minute
Description
80'
STAT: Paulo Dybala attempted the most shots without scoring this Champions League season (28) before his goal against Spurs. It's his first goal in the competition since scoring against Barcelona last season, 330 days ago.
78'
STUNNING FROM CHIELLINI! Much better from Spurs, however, Eriksen in particular. The Dane sprays a stunning ball over the top for Son, who sends it across goal for Kane first-time, but Chiellini slides in brilliantly to see it behind! He had to get that perfect and he did!
76'
Frustration is building for Spurs as Juventus are seeing this out in a very professional manner for the time being. Tempers are rising, as is the foul count for the hosts, who aren't having nearly as much success winning the ball back now in midfield.
74'
É. Lamela enters the game and replaces E. Dier.
Spurs make their first change of the night as the onus falls on them now. Erik Lamela has come on, replacing Dier.
73'
All of a sudden it's Spurs who look the naive side. Juventus were being played off the pitch just 10 minutes ago, but they appear in firm control as their vast Champions League experience is proving incredibly vital here. Backs against the wall time for Tottenham, who need a goal just to force extra-time.
71'
STAT: Juventus have scored with their first two shots on target in this match, with just two minutes and 49 seconds separating the two goals.
69'
The atmosphere in Wembley has completely flipped in the space of three minutes. What was looking a joyous night has turned into shock and disbelief, as Spurs are on the verge of another collapse - something not particularly foreign to the club over the last decade.
67'
P. Dybala has scored a goal for Juventus! Assist by G. Higuaín.
UNBELIEVABLE! JUVENTUS COMPLETE THE TURNAROUND! Dybala has been virtually anonymous in this match but he's produced a sensational finish here to put Juventus ahead on aggregate! Higuain turned provider, his throughball absolutely stunning to play his compatriot clean behind the defence!
Higuain with a goal and an assist in the span of three minutes, as he's engineered this Juventus turnaround.
66'
It's a wonderful poachers goal from Higuain, and it must be said, Allegri's substitutions have paid dividends already. The width provided by Asamoah and Lichtsteiner is ever-apparent here, and it's really game on, tie on, now!
64'
G. Higuaín has scored a goal for Juventus! Assist by S. Khedira.
GAME ON AT WEMBLEY! It's come out of nothing as Spurs completely switch off! Lichtsteiner floats a cross in from the right that Khedira flicks on, and Higuain does brilliantly to read it, with the Spurs defence static, and the striker tucks a finish home from close range!
Wonderful improvisation from Khedira to provide that assist.
62'
HE'S SCUFFED IT! Asamoah sends an inviting ball in and Sanchez's acrobatic attempt to clear falls for Dybala, but the striker makes a real mess of his attempt, lashing a wild effort wide of the far post!
61'
S. Lichtsteiner enters the game and replaces M. Benatia.
A second change in the span of a minute for Juventus as Stephan Lichtsteiner, also a full-back, comes on to replace Benatia. Barzagli will likely move to centre-half then alongside Chiellini, with Lichtsteiner at right-back.
60'
K. Asamoah enters the game and replaces B. Matuidi.
Juventus make their first change of the night and it really is a strange one as Kwadwo Asamoah, who plays predominantly as a left-back, comes on to replace Matuidi. Perhaps that will see Alex Sando push forward to help preserve their width down the left.
58'
Well it really is a case of Juventus being bullied here. Spurs remain the much brighter side in possession, and they're winning free-kick after free-kick as Juventus struggle to cope with their intricate passing in midfield. The visitors are showing no signs of being able to turn this around.
56'
D. Alli gets yellow.
Alli involves himself in a bit of a grudge match here as he gets his revenge on Pjanic with a foul that sees him into the referee's book.
55'
Juventus need to show some urgency here. They're not posing nearly enough of a threat and they need to score twice to turn this around. They haven't done nearly enough to get the likes of Higuain and Dybala involved - there's still time though for things to change in the blink of an eye.
53'
G. Chiellini gets yellow.
Both Juventus centre-backs playing on a yellow now! That's a professional foul, though, from Chiellini as he took out Alli, knowing full well he was out of position and a second Spurs goal could have been imminent had he not intervened.
51'
STAT: Heung-min Son has been involved in 22 goals (14 goals, 8 assists) in 23 appearances at Wembley Stadium this season for Tottenham, more than any other player.
49'
M. Benatia gets yellow.
Well this is a worry for Juventus as Benatia sees yellow early in the second half for a foul on Alli. The centre-half has little margin for error now going forward.
48'
Spurs pick up where they left off in the first half, asserting themselves in possession as they enjoy a bright start following the interval. An early free-kick sees Vertonghen teed up for a strike, but he can't guide his effort through a crowd of bodies.
46'
Back underway at Wembley! The quarter-final beckons for Tottenham, as Juventus need two. Here we go...
45' +2
HALF-TIME: TOTTENHAM 1-0 JUVENTUS.
45'
There will be two minutes added on at the end of this first half.
44'
M. Pjanić gets yellow.
Pjanic whiffs on an interception and his kick accidentally makes contact with Alli as a result, which sees him into the book. He will be suspended for the next match, should Juventus progress, as a result.
41'
STAT: Tottenham have won their last four games at Wembley in the Champions League, their longest ‘home’ run in the competition. They have also scored exactly three goals in each of those games.
39'
Son Heung-Min has scored a goal for Tottenham Hotspur! Assist by K. Trippier.
SPURS HAVE THE BREAKTHROUGH! A huge goal for Son as his remarkable Wembley run continues! Trippier plays a delightful ball across the face of goal for Son, following an excellent Barzagli challenge on Alli, and despite hitting it into the ground, Son's effort bounces over Buffon and into the back of the net!
That was a lovely pass from Trippier to thread that through a crowd for Son at the far post, as he's credited with the assist.
38'
NOT FAR AWAY! A smart interception and throughball from Alli to send Son forward, as Spurs break two against two. The South Korean goes at it on his own, but drags a strike wide of the far post!
37'
The tempo has slowed a bit as we enter the final 10 minutes of the first half, but the stakes remain high as ever. Spurs are taking a more patient approach in possession, as Juventus have eased off a bit with their high press.
35'
Alex Sandro gets yellow.
Not even a warning for Alex Sandro, who bears the brunt of the referee's frustration as there have been some hard challenges put in. This one was far from one of those, but it results in a yellow card - a rather unfair one, it must be said - for the Juventus left-back.
33'
GOOD CHANCE! Alli teed up for a strike following a weak defensive header, and he has a clear sight of goal from 20 yards, but hits it central as Buffon makes a simple save. Meanwhile, Son requires some treatment after being stomped on by Barzagli, who did a good job of making that look accidental, out of the referee's sight.
31'
The intensity of this match from both sides has been off the charts, but can they maintain it is the question? We have played just a third of the match at Wembley, and while it remains goalless, it's been an excellent watch.
29'
STAT: 83% of teams to have drawn 2-2 away in the first leg of a Champions League knockout tie have progressed to the next round (10 out of 12).
28'
J. Vertonghen gets yellow.
Vertonghen, who was incredibly lucky not to give away a penalty 10 minutes ago, has tempted fate one too many times in this first half as he goes into the book for a foul on Dybala.
25'
Dier remains down for a prolonged period here after a collision with Matuidi in midfield. It appeared rather innocuous, but the Spurs midfielder has certainly come out worse for wear by the looks of things. It's likely nothing more than a minor knock which shouldn't prevent him from carrying on here.
23'
Juventus in the ascendency here as they get forward here with a bit more intent. Dybala has eyes for goal, but sees his shot blocked from 25 yards, and Spurs quickly break with the visitors exposed. Son charges forward and bursts into the area, but he can't get his shot through a sliding Benatia as he has to settle for a corner.
21'
STAT: Tottenham have only kept one clean sheet in their six Champions League games at Wembley.
19'
TWO BIG CHANCES! Needing a response to change the momentum back, Spurs get one! Eriksen is teed up for a shot atop the area, but sees his effort bravely blocked. Pressure stays on and a cross is hung in for Son at the far post, but Buffon saves it off the line!
17'
PENALTY APPEALS DENIED! Spurs have looked threatening almost every time they attack, but they escape with one here! Vertonghen carelessly slides in and trips up Douglas Costa, who immediately goes to ground, but neither the referee nor his assistant saw it properly as Spurs dodge a major bullet!
15'
SIDE-NETTING! A mix-up between Chiellini and Buffon as neither go for Alli's throughball, allowing Kane to pounce. The striker rounds the keeper, but he can't hit the target from a tight angle!
13'
The build-up play has been improving for Juventus as they threaten to get in the ascendency, but they have yet to threaten Hugo Lloris. Back the other way come spurs and Kane is played in by Eriksen, but the striker uncharacteristically hesitates and just like that the chance is gone.
11'
It's been incredibly open through the first 10 minutes, making for some entertaining viewing. Juventus need a goal, but it's a bit surprising to see them adopt such an approach against this clinical Tottenham attack. Son has been especially bright early on for the hosts.
9'
STAT: Gonzalo Higuain has scored four goals in his last four Champions League knockout games, double the number he scored in his previous 24 games (2).
7'
TERRIFIC DELIVERY! Douglas Costa does well to carve out space on the left before bending a wonderfully inviting ball in for Higuain at the far post, but it just eludes the striker by mere inches!
6'
Juventus have had little joy on the ball thus far, Spurs putting in some excellent work in midfield to stifle the visitors' attempts to get into the final third. The Italian outfit aren't holding back from sending bodies forward, however.
4'
BUFFON SPRUNG INTO ACTION! The legendary keeper gets two strong hands to Son's blistering effort from 10 yards, after the South Korea international got beyond Barzagli with relative ease.
3'
Spurs attack early, but have little to show for it as some questionable decision-making in the final third lets them down. Still, the hosts have dominated possession early on, picking up where they left off in the first leg.
1'
AND THEY'RE OFF! Following a moment of silence for the late David Astori, Tottenham get the match underway in their white home strip, attacking left to right, with Juventus in their yellow tops and black shorts.
Hello and welcome to London’s Wembley Stadium for live coverage of this Champions League last-16 second leg as Tottenham host Juventus!
The Bianconeri looked poised for a quarter-final berth early on in the first leg when Gonzalo Higuain’s double had them 2-0 up inside 10 minutes, but a remarkable Spurs comeback, led by Harry Kane and Christian Eriksen, has the tie brilliantly poised in advance of tonight’s return clash.
Both clubs are in the midst of sensational unbeaten runs – 17 for Tottenham and 20 for Juventus – but they will each be put to the test tonight as this clash between two of the hottest teams on the continent remains impossible to predict.
Spurs do hold the slight advantage by virtue of their two away goals in the draw in Turin, and their recent dominance at Wembley – not losing there since October in the EFL Cup – should provide them with plenty of confidence heading into tonight.
The pressure is on Juventus, last season’s runners-up, as they will have to push forward in search of goals – a 0-0 result would see them exit the competition – as they will be hoping for an 11th successive away victory across all competitions.
Massimiliano Allegri's side receives a big boost ahead of the second leg as Blaise Matuidi and Paulo Dybala have returned to fitness, while Gonzalo Higuain has recovered from a knock to keep his place atop the line-up. Andrea Barzagli is also brought in at right-back as he deputises for the injured Mattia De Sciglio. Federico Bernardeschi and Mario Mandzukic are the others to give way from the first leg.
Mauricio Pochettino makes two changes from the first leg. In-form forward Heung-min Son replaces Erik Lamela on the left flank, while the suspended Serge Aurier misses out, replaced by Kieran Trippier at right-back.
Heung-min Son's opener has Tottenham well on course for the quarter-finals through 45 minutes in this second leg at Wembley. Jan Vertonghen was lucky not to concede a penalty on Douglas Costa with the game still scoreless, but Juventus have posed little threat otherwise as Spurs go into the break deservedly ahead on aggregate.
That's all for our live coverage, thanks for following along. Goodbye!
Juventus are through to the quarter-finals in quite thrilling fashion as second-half goals from Gonzalo Higuain and Paulo Dybala, less than three minutes apart, complete a remarkable turnaround at Wembley, after Tottenham looked to be cruising through to the next round following Heung-min Son's opener. Heartbreak for Spurs, while it's rejoice for Juventus - last year's runners-up through to the next round of the Champions League...
