A cross from the left is too long for Fernandes, going out for a throw, and that will be that!
90' +1
SAVE! A Viktoria corner is cleared, and Ribeiro sprints down the left with the ball, before playing it through for Mathieu, who produces a defender's finish when in behind and shoots straight at the keeper.

Coentrao, having ended up in the right-wing position again, almost catches the keeper out as he tries to play out from the back, before being substituted for Ribeiro.
82'
A. Čermák enters the game and replaces M. Zeman.
MISS! The last few minutes have been all Viktoria as Sporting seem to have taken their foot off the gas! A cross from the right is whipped onto the head of Krmencik, but he can only place his header wide of the far post from a great position! He absolutely should have hit the target there. That would have been a valuable away goal.
Zeman is the last man to make way for Viktoria, coming off for Cermak.
80'
CHANCE! Viktoria are certainly probing. Another crossfield pass from right to left looks to unsettle the back four, but Kovarik can't get anything on it.

Ruiz is now replaced by Cesar for the last 10 minutes.
78'

74'
Patricio is out quickly to claim after a loose ball off Coates looks to be falling for a lurking Viktoria striker. It's just not their day.

William Carvalho gets yellow.
Carvalho is the latest man to be shown a yellow card as he bundles Kolar over to prevent a quick attack.
72'
Viktoria have everyone back in their own half as Sporting knock the ball around confidently. The visitors' heads have dropped a little.
69'

Horava follows his teammate into the book with the second yellow card of the evening.

62'
R. Battaglia gets yellow.
T. Chorý enters the game and replaces M. Petržela.
Battaglia picks up the first yellow card of the game as he plays his pass straight to Hrosovsky, before then fouling him in an attempt to win it back.
Petrzela is replaced by Chory in Viktoria's first change of the night.

Montero looks like he might be in behind again as the ball goes over the top to him, but it's just hooked away and he's denied the chance to grab his hat-trick this time.
57'
R. Battaglia enters the game and replaces M. Acuña.
Acuna was very lively in the first half, but he's dropped off a little since and is replaced by Battaglia.
56'
Coentrao went down off the ball as a Viktoria shot flies over the bar, and he goes off the pitch to receive treatment.
54'
CHANCES! Ristovski plays a lovely ball through for Martins, whose clever cut-back isn't read by his teammates and is cleared. The ball comes back to him though, but this time, his scopped cross is just a little too high.
52'
MISS! Carvalho wants a piece of the action, and has a pop from range, but he gets right underneath it and it rises steadily into the crowd!
49'
F. Montero has scored a goal for Sporting Lisbon! Assist by Bruno Fernandes.
It was good pressure from Fernandes, and the midfielder made the right decision in playing the ball to Montero rather than shooting from distance.
GOAL! Montero scores again to make it 2-0! Fernandes pounces on a loose ball in midfield and slips the striker in, who shows great composure to shift the ball onto his left foot under pressure and lash it in at the near post! The hosts will feel significantly more comfortable now.
46'
And we're back underway as the second half begins!

42'
Viktoria try and utilise their left flank again with a raking pass, but the hosts' defence deal with it comfortably.
39'
MISS! Sporting carve their opponents open, with Carvalho finding Montero, who plays it wide for Fernandes. The midfielder has an angle to shoot from inside the box, but he slices it horribly wide! For all their dominance, the hosts have not been able to take their chances.
37'
NO PENALTY! There's a roar of excitement from the home fans as Viktoria open up a little to attack, and there's a three-on-three to counter as they lose the ball. Ruiz tries to slip it through for Montero, who is felled inside the corner of the box as he checks inside, but the referee says the ball was won and waves away the appeals!
35'
Carvalho, having dropped in between the centre-halves, pushes out from the back with the ball and sparks an attack, feeding Martins, whose cross is deflected behind for a corner, which comes to nothing. Sporting win the ball back quickly though, and keep possession again.
33'
Ristovski makes a good run forward from right-back, and lofts his cross into the area, but it's a poor delivery and Viktoria clean up comfortably.
31'
Sporting are certainly on top in this game, stretching the pitch with their wide men and seeing most of the ball, but Plzen have their moments occasionally and look like they have it in them to score against the run of play.
29'
Montero uses his runner as a dummy, opting instead to check inside and fire one goalwards from the edge of the area, but it's straight into the gloves of Hruska, who is largely untroubled by that effort.
27'
Patricio collects the ball from a weak header at the back post, but the build-up play by the visitors was excellent - their best passage of play in the game so far.
25'
MISS! Montero heads the ball over the bar from the centre of the box, although the cross from Fernandes was a little behind him, making it difficult to steer on target.
23'
Zeman thinks he's in behind after a crossfield pass finds him on the left, but the linesman's flag is raised for offside. The Sporting defence haven't had much to do yet.
22'
CROSSBAR! Acuna has been bright so far for the hosts, and he switches to the right momentarily, allowing him to cut in onto his left foot and ping a shot at goal that clips the top of the bar and goes over! What a chance!
20'
Martins' pace catches Limbersky out as the left-back is clumsy in hauling the winger down. The free-kick is poor though, and is cleared by the first man. Wasteful.
17'
CHANCE! Acuna whips in a really dangerous ball from the left, but Fernandes just can't get to the near post in time to head in! Great delivery, but the man in the middle might have shown a little more desire there.
16'
Martins tries to slip the ball through for Montero - who has hardly had a touch so far - but it's overhit and runs through to to the goalkeeper.
15'
A Plzen attack breaks down, and they give away a free-kick as Carvalho is eyeing up a long pass for a counter-attack.
11'
Acuna's cross from the left is heavy, but Martins manages to bring it down on the opposite flank, but he can't work anything from it and Plzen survive.
9'
Plzen's first real attack of the game comes down their left flank, Hrosovsky producing a neat turn in the middle and playing it out to the wing, before a foul is given as the cross comes into the back post.
7'
CHANCE! The two Sporting wide-men cause problems again as Acuna beats his man and fizzes a low ball across the six-yard box for Martins at the back post, but the Viktoria defender does just enough to put him off and he can't get a clean contact on the ball, sending it wide!
4'
Zeman gets crowded out on the Sporting left and the hosts spark a quick counter that culminates in a long-range effort that pings off a green and white shirt and goes behind for a goal-kick.
2'
Sporting work the ball well down both flanks, and both Acuna and Martins cause problems with their pace and trickery in wide areas. They could be very important for Sporting tonight.
1'

Sporting sit third in the Portuguese Primera Division, having lost just two league games all season, and are eight points off leaders FC Porto.
They play host to Viktoria Plzen, who hold a nine-point advantage with a game in hand at the top of the Czech First Division, having lost just one league game all season, conceding a meagre six goals in the process.
The Czech side make just one change from their last game - a 3-1 victory over Partisan Belgrade - with Petrzela coming in for Jan Kopic on the right wing.
Sporting make two changes, with Seydou Doumbia and Battaglia dropping out for Martins and Montero. They lost their second league game to Porto last time out, falling to a 2-1 defeat.
And there's the half-time whistle! Sporting have dominated this first half, creating chance after chance, with the lively Acuna hitting the crossbar 22 minutes in. But for all their good work, a series of fluffed chances meant the hosts appeared to be heading in at the break with nothing to show for their efforts, until Montero popped up in the box to calmly guide the ball into the corner on the stroke of half-time! Sporting lead 1-0, and Viktoria are going to need to show more across the rest of this tie if they are going to spring a surprise and progress.
Sporting have a 2-0 advantage to take with them in the second leg after a thoroughly dominant performance in which Montero grabbed two goals, but the hosts could easily have scored more. Viktoria have it all to do if they are going to overturn the deficit, but they will perhaps feel more comfortable in front of their home crowd, and will be encouraged by their final 10 minutes here, in which they came close to nicking an away goal. It finishes 2-0 to Sporting!
