Hello and welcome to our live coverage of this UEFA Champions League Group A fixture between Atletico Madrid and Borussia Dortmund at Wanda Metropolitano.
When these two sides met at the Westfalenstadion on Matchday 3, Dortmund showed Europe how seriously they should be taken this season, comprehensively demolishing today's hosts Atletico 4-0 in what was the heaviest defeat of Diego Simeone's reign. Two weeks have passed since then, and Atletico will surely want revenge against the current Bundesliga leaders.
SUBS: Marwin Hitz, Mario Götze, Julian Weigl, Mahmoud Dahoud, Jacob Bruun Larsen, Raphael Guerreiro, Dan-Axel Zagadou.

SUBS: Vitolo, Francisco Montero, Gelson Martins, Antonio Adán, Santiago Arias, Toni Moya, Borja Garcés.
ATLETICO MADRID (4-4-2): Jan Oblak; Juanfran, Lucas Hernandez, Jose Giminez, Filipe Luís; Angel Correa, Thomas Partey, Rodri, Saul Niguez; Antoine Griezmann (c), Nikola Kalinic.
The two sides stand in line on the pitch as the UEFA Champions League anthem blares around the Wanda Metropolitano. Atletico are in their usual red, white and blue, while Dortmund are in all-yellow. No clash there.
Well, this is fun. Atletico have played the first half perfectly, letting Dortmund have as much of the ball as they want and suckering them on the counter-attack. It took time for the home side to get up to speed, but when they did they were frightening. Dortmund are lucky to only be trailing by one goal.
That result leaves Atletico still second in Group A but now only behind Dortmund on goal difference with 9 points each. Club Brugge's unexpected 4-0 win away in Monaco doesn't mean much now, as they remain five points behind the top two.
Atletico now have the chance to wrap up qualification to the knockout round on the next matchday against Monaco, although they have the small matters of Athletic Bilbao and Barcelona to play in the league first. Dortmund have to play Bayern this Saturday and need to recover quickly. That's all for now. Goodbye!
