Porto are keeping hold of the ball, refusng to let Roma launch it forward. There are just 60 seconds to go here!
120' +1
Schick claims that he was caught in the box by Marega and wants the referee to go to VAR. Experienced official Cuneyt Cakir does not feel the need to check the pitchside monitor, though, and we play on.
119'
Incredible drama at the end of this gripping last-16 tie! Roma win a corner, which Porto clear to safety. Three minutes are to be added on - still time for yet another twist.
118'
Alex Telles gets yellow.
117'
Penalty goal scored by Alex Telles for Porto!
GOOOOOAAAAALLLL!!!!! PORTO 3-1 ROMA! Telles fires the penalty into the corner of the net and sends the Estadio do Dragao wild. The left-back rips off his shirt - the best yellow card he will ever receive. Porto are heading through to the quarter-finals of the Champions League, leading 4-3 on aggregate with three minutes of extra time to play.
Telles is shown a yellow card by the referee for ripping off his shirt in celebration. Not that he will care!
116'
A. Florenzi gets yellow.
Florenzi is booked for pulling back on his opponent. Roma's players are not happy and this delay will not do Telles' nerves any good.
110'
Porto striker Marega, still at it with his running, gets down the right and looks for a team-mate in the middle. There is nobody to aim for, however, and Roma deal with the danger.
108'
HEADED WIDE! Dzeko leaps into the air to try to get to a corner and he manages to make contact, but the ball drifts wide of the target. That is just about as good as things have got for him today.
106'
Roma get the final 15 minutes of this match up and running! A couple of players were beng treated for cramp during the quick turnaround between halves.
Minute
Description
105' +1
HALF-TIME IN EXTRA TIME: PORTO 2-1 ROMA (3-3 ON AGG)
105'
Marega, incredibly, is still charging down every loose ball. This has been an unbelievable shift from the Porto striker, who does not deserve to be on the losing side today. We have another minute to play before half-time in extra time.
103'
M. Pereira enters the game and replaces Éder Militão.
Pereira replaces Militao in the eighth and final change of the game. Lopez, on the scoresheet in the first leg, will remain on the bench.
PENALTY APPEAL! Manolas gets very tight to Fernando - perhaps too tight. He sticks an arm across his opponent to stop him getting to the ball, but the referee does not point to the spot. Probably the correct call, in fairness.
102'
Florenzi floats the ball to Perotti on the left-hand side of the box. Roma finally have Porto under some pressure but the attack fizzles out, with a couple of crosses being blocked.
100'
We have past the 100-minute barrier and Roma have just the one shot on target to their name - that coming from De Rossi's first-half penalty. Porto have been a lot more attacking today and that has remained the case in extra time, with a cross into the box being gobbled up by Olsen.
98'
Extra time is so often about keeping mistakes to a minimum, but credit to Porto as they are going for this. Militao charges down the right but is unable to pick out one of his team-mates in the middle.
96'
P. Schick enters the game and replaces L. Pellegrini.
First-half sub Pellegrini pulls up with an injury and Di Francesco turns to Schick, and not El Shaarawy, in his fourth and final change.
95'
NEARLY! Telles plays the ball in at the near post and Marega, showing few signs of tiredness since the restart, strikes a first-time effort just wide of the target. An awkward one for the striker, that.
94'
Hernâni enters the game and replaces Otávio.
Conceicao does not take long to use one of his additional subs, bringing on Hernani for Otavio in attack.
93'
Fernando, who was brought on in the second half and is therefore fresher than most, breaks clear of his man but is unable to pick out a team-mate. Dzeko is then crowded out in the box by a number of Porto players.
91'
Porto get this period of extra time underway! Both managers have another substitution available to use should they wish, which I imagine they will.
90' +4
END OF 90 MINUTES: PORTO 2-1 ROMA (3-3 ON AGG)
90' +2
Kolarov makes it look easy as he blocks the run of Fernando, though it does come at the expense of a corner. Telles curls it in and Pepe is unable to keep his header on target.
90'
Kolarov does indeed take on the free-kick, which hits the top of the wall. Three minutes have been added on at the end of the game.
89'
Dzeko makes the most of some contact on him and wins his side a free-kick. Kolarov will either shoot from 30 yards or clip it into the box. Before he can do that, though, the referee has to warn Pepe and Dzeko to watch themselves - they are at it once again!
87'
There are now just three minutes of normal time, plus presumably three or four minutes added on at the end, for one of these sides to find a winner. If not we will go to extra time and possibly penalties. The game is petering out a little at the moment, as Olsen is clattered into to win his side another free-kick.
85'
Cristante wins a free-kick for his side just inside his own half to relieve some of the pressure that has been steadily building on Roma.
84'
ANOTHER OLSEN SAVE! We are set up for an end-to-end conclusion to the match. Otavio strikes the ball pretty much straight at Olsen, but the Roma keeper - who has looked nervy today - can only parry it. Thankfully for him that proves to be good enough.
83'
RARE ROMA CHANCE! Experienced defender Pepe passes the ball straight to Perotti on the edge of the area. The Roma attacker has the chance to slide it through for Zaniolo to his right, but he instead curls the ball wide from a good position.
81'
L. Pellegrini gets yellow.
Pellegrini catches Telles late and is shown a yellow card.
80'
Porto are still looking the more likely to score a winning goal in normal time. Roma's attacking players are seeing very little of the ball, with Dzeko pretty much a spectator in the Porto half.
78'
Fernando Andrade enters the game and replaces Tiquinho Soares.
Fernando is brought on for Soares, giving Marega a different type of option alongside him - and indeed a fresh pair of legs.
77'
CHANCE FOR PORTO! Brahimi sees some space in behind Roma's defence and is picked out by Otavio, but his volley on the turn is hit pretty much right at Olsen. That has to go down as another decent opportunity for the Portuguese side.
76'
B. Cristante enters the game and replaces Iván Marcano.
Former Porto man Marcano is the player to make way for Cristane, leaving the field to a strong round of applause. Cristante is the player brought on in his place.
75'
Di Francesco is about to make his third and final change of normal time, with 15 minutes to play. A reminder that as things stand we will go to extra time and possibily penalties.
74'
Roma defender Marcano is the latest player to go down with cramp - it has been that type of game! The fresh legs of Brahimi charge towards the visitors' backline, but Manolas stands his ground.
73'
If it goes to extra time then Porto will struggle. Otavio is suffering from cramp and a number of the home side's other players are starting to tire. Zaniolo's hooked effort from the edge of the box flies over.
71'
Dzeko gets on the end of Perotti's delivery but he is unable to keep his header on target at the back post, with a player backing into him. Roma are starting to grow into the match at long last, which has coincided with Porto's energy levels dropping substantially.
69'
Y. Brahimi enters the game and replaces J. Corona.
Corona has not been as lively in this second period and Conceicao opts to replace the winger with Brahimi - a different type of threat for Roma's defence to deal with.
68'
Porto boss Conceicao has to decide whether to stick or twist as we approach the final 20 minutes. His side have all the momentum but if they concede now their hopes of progression could be over just like that.
66'
Roma have offered very little all game, especially in this second half, but with Dzeko up top they can create something from nothing. The striker turns away from Danilo, takes another touch to set himself and then drags the ball wide from outside the box.
64'
HALF A CHANCE! Marega is having a bit of a stormer. His high energy levels pay off as he forces a corner out of Nzonzi. The set-piece is swung towards the back post and Felipe heads into the ground and over the bar.
62'
SHOT! Danilo has a go from range, but Olsen watches it all the way and has a straightforward save to make. The actual football is a bit of a sideshow now - all eyes are on Pepe and Dzeko!
60'
Pepe and Dzeko cannot get enough of each other at the moment. The two players continue to exchange words, moments after both being shown a yellow card for their coming together.
58'
E. Džeko gets yellow.
Pepe gets yellow.
A good decision from the experienced referee as he cautions Dzeko and Pepe following a coming together. Pepe touches foreheads with his opponent and the Roma striker rather comically crashes to the floor - he is not fooling the referee with that.
Confirmation of the yellow card for Pepe, who did make contact with Dzeko's head. It was simply a coming together, though, and it would have been incredibly harsh had he been dismissed.
57'
Roma's players are looking incredibly frustrated after conceding that second goal of the game. Will Di Francesco be tempted to make a third change, having already brought on Florenzi and Pellegrini?
55'
R. Karsdorp gets yellow.
A. Florenzi enters the game and replaces R. Karsdorp.
Karsdorp catches Corona and is the latest player to enter the referee's book. Roma's players cannot afford to lose their heads.
Di Francesco reacts to his side's second setback of the day by bringing on Florenzi for Karsdorp, who is not fully fit and has a yellow to his name.
53'
As things stand we are heading for extra time at the Estadio do Dragao. Porto are the side with all the momentum thanks to Marega's strike.
52'
M. Marega has scored a goal for Porto! Assist by J. Corona.
GOOOOOAAAALLL!!!! PORTO 2-1 ROMA! ALL SQUARE ON AGGREGATE! As simple as you like for Marega - Porto's best player today - as he peels away from his man and guides Corona's left-sided cross past Olsen. The striker is left in all sorts of space and makes the most of it.
Corona checked back on himself and curled the ball towards the back post, where Marega was waiting to convert.
49'
Porto turn over possession but the intended pass to Marega, who has been very good today, is an easy one for Roma to deal with.
47'
Karsdorp goes on a brilliant little run and plays the ball into an advanced area. It is worked towards the left-hand flank but Roma's attack breaks down before they can truly trouble their opponents.
46'
Porto require a goal in this second half if they are to avoid exiting the competition at the last-16 stage. The Portuguese champions get us back underway!
45' +5
HALF-TIME: PORTO 1-1 ROMA
45' +4
L. Pellegrini enters the game and replaces D. De Rossi.
Pellegrini, one of those to make way from the first leg, is brought on for De Rossi. A blow for Roma to lose their influential midfielder late in the first half.
45' +2
Danilo Pereira gets yellow.
A decision goes against Porto. Danilo, one of a few players to react angrily, is shown a yellow card - presumably for dissent.
45' +1
Two minutes have been added on at the end of this first half.
45'
GOOD STOP FROM OLSEN! Porto pick things up as half-time approaches. A clipped ball into the box is looped back into the path of Herrera, whose well-hit curler is pushed to safety by a diving Olsen.
44'
Porto have been rattled by Roma's equaliser. They are no longer committing bodies forward and they could perhaps do with half-time, which is now just a couple of minutes away.
42'
Much better from Roma, as they string together some one-touch passes. The ball is switched out to Kolarov on the left, but his cross is cleared away by the first man.
41'
The Portuguese side have not been able to build any momentum since De Rossi delivered that sucker punch from the penalty spot four minutes ago. It is Roma who are now looking the more composed on the ball, in contrast to the opening half an hour or so.
39'
Roma, who have barely got going so far today, are heading through to the last eight as things stand. Conceicao will still be feeling pretty positive at this point, however, as his side have played the better football and they appear to have another goal in them.
37'
Penalty goal scored by D. De Rossi for Roma!
GOOOOAAALLL!!! PORTO 1-1 ROMA! De Rossi keeps his cool from the penalty spot to put Roma 3-2 ahead on aggregate. The midfielder stutters his run-up and rolls it away from Casillas.
34'
This has been a better spell from Roma's perspective over the past couple of minutes. They are now managing to get at their opponents, but they have still yet to register a shot on target - that has to change if they are to progress through.
32'
SAVE! Soares, buoyed by his goal, lets fly from 20 yards but Olsen is equal to it down the middle. Porto's players are being given far too much time and space on the ball in the final third of the field.
30'
That Soares goal came from the first on-target effort of the match. All the action has been in Roma's half of the field, though, with Porto well on top in every department. Zaniolo, who is already on a yellow, gives away a free-kick but avoids another caution.
28'
Corona does brilliantly to win a throw inside his own half. The home fans, and indeed the home players, are well up for this one. Roma's tactics are not working and Di Francesco may well consider changing things around before half-time.
26'
Tiquinho Soares has scored a goal for Porto! Assist by M. Marega.
This was great play from Marega, who had every right to go for goal himself after winning the ball back for his side. He unselfishly teed up Soares, however, and Porto are now on level terms overall.
GOOOOAAAALLL!!! PORTO 1-0 ROMA! Marega wins the ball off Manolas and exchanges passes with Telles, before squaring it for a just onside Soares to open the second-leg scoring from close range. A quick VAR check confirms that the forward was indeed onside. A deserved goal for the home side on the basis of the opening 25 minutes here!
25'
Porto have had seven shots already in this second leg, which is more than they managed throughout the opening 90 minutes. However, none of those have been on target.
24'
Sergio Conceicao's side have been unable to keep up the tempo we saw in the opening 15 minutes or so. Roma looked nervy early on but they are now a lot more composed, which was always to be expected when looking at the experienced heads in this side.
22'
Yet again Olsen takes an age to take the goal-kick, greeted by jeers from the home fans. The referee will surely book the Roma keeper for time-wasting if this continues.
21'
SHOT FROM RANGE! Corona, who has looked very lively in the final third so far, fires a shot right down the middle from 25 yards. The ball is always rising, though, and Olsen is happy to watch it sail over.
20'
Manolas sends a deflected shot behind for a corner and from the next set-piece Casillas gets a touch to the ball, albeit not making clean contact with his punch. Roma have finally managed to settle down.
18'
H. Herrera gets yellow.
Herrera lunges in on Kolarov and gets none of the ball, leaving the referee Cuneyt Cakir with little choice but to reach into his pocket for a second time today. The Porto midfielder will now miss the first leg of the quarter-finals if his side make it through.
15'
N. Zaniolo gets yellow.
Zaniolo grabs hold of Soares around the neck to halt his opponent's run and earn himself the game's first yellow card.
14'
Corona is making the most of the space being afforded to him. He beats Manolas for pace but overruns the ball and it goes behind for a goal-kick. Olsen takes his time before launching it up field - the referee will have to keep an eye on the early time-wasting.
13'
Porto are having plenty of joy down Roma's right-hand side. A cross comes in from that area that is cleared as far as Pereira, who is unable to keep his shot on target.
12'
This Porto pressure is already pretty relentless. Herrera tries to loft the ball over the top for Marega, who missed the first leg, but Olsen gets to it first.
11'
INTO THE SIDE-NETTING! Porto are winning all the individual battles. Corona cuts inside and gets a shot away, which deflects into the path of Telles. Rather than going across Olsen he tries to pick out the near post, only succeeding in hitting the side-netting.
9'
Di Francesco's gameplan is pretty clear to see in the opening nine minutes. Roma are focusing on keeping their opponents out, knowing that they will be given plenty of chances to counter as the game goes on. A risky tactic, though, as Porto are dominating possession.
7'
The Portuguese champions have a good tempo to their play in these early stages. Otavio's cross from the right looks like a simple one for Roma goalkeeper Olsen to deal with, but he fumbles it before quickly recovering.
5'
Porto have started to take control of the game, but a sloppy pass nearly lets Roma in. Perotti is given the chance to slot the ball through for Dzeko, only to underhit it slightly - it was not a particularly difficult pass to pull off.
3'
EARLY EFFORT! It has been a fast-paced start to the second leg. Porto win a corner and it is only headed to the edge of the box, where Telles is waiting to fire a volley just over the crossbar. Not a bad attempt at all!
2'
Kolarov is fouled just outside the box and Roma are given an early chance to send a free-kick into the box. Porto head clear at the front post and mount a counter, which ultimately comes to little.
1'
Roma, leading 2-1 from the first leg, get us underway here!
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the Champions League last-16 second leg between Porto and Roma at the Estadio do Dragao.
Portuguese champions Porto head into the match aiming to overturn a 2-1 deficit from last month's reverse fixture in Rome. Young midfielder Nicolo Zaniolo made a name for himself by scoring a couple of goals for Roma, but Adrian Lopez came off the bench to pull one back for his side 11 minutes from time, ensuring that it is still all to play for in this second leg.
Both teams head into this intriguing second leg on the back of a domestic defeat last weekend. Roma had won four matches in a row before losing 3-0 to bitter rivals Lazio on Saturday - a defeat that leaves them fifth in Serie A, three points off the Champions League spots. Porto also saw their positive run of form come to an end as they lost 2-1 against title rivals Benfica, squandering a one-goal lead on home soil to relinquish top spot in Primeira Liga. A response is therefore needed from both sides today.
PORTO XI (4-4-2): Iker Casillas; Eder Militao, Felipe, Pepe, Alex Telles; Jesus Manuel Corona, Hector Herrera (c), Danilo Pereira, Otavio; Moussa Marega, Tiquinho Soares.
Porto subs: Vana Alves, Adrian Lopez, Fernando, Hernani, Yacine Brahimi, Maxi Pereira, Oliver Torres.
ROMA XI (3-4-3): Robin Olsen; Juan Jesus, Kostas Manolas, Ivan Marcano; Rick Karsdorp, Steven Nzonzi, Daniele De Rossi (c), Aleksandar Kolarov; Nicolo Zaniolo, Edin Dzeko, Diego Perotti.
Roma subs: Alessandro Florenzi, Lorenzo Pellegrini, Patrik Schick, Stephan El Shaarawy, Bryan Cristante, Antonio Mirante, Davide Santon.
The two teams are now out on the field at the Estadio do Dragao and we are moments away from kick-off.
Conceicao will be the happier of the two managers on the basis of the first half, but ultimately it is Porto who are heading out. The hosts have Brahimi and Fernando, both first-leg starters, among their subs and we may see one or both of them before the hour mark. It is very much all still to play for at the Estadio do Dragao.
We will play an extra 30 minutes at the Estadio do Dragao as there is nothing to separate the sides after 180 minutes. Marega struck early in the second half to restore Porto's second-leg lead, and that is how it remained for the next 40 minutes. The hosts had the better of things overall, forcing Olsen into a couple of half-decent saves, but they started to tire and now they have to really dig deep.
Thanks for joining our coverage today. Until next time, goodbye!
There was just the one real chance of note in the first period of extra time, falling the way of the game's best player in Marega, who got to Telles' cross at the front post but could not guide it in. Porto also had a weak penalty appeal rejected when Manolas stuck an arm across Fernando.
Porto join Ajax, Tottenham and Man United in the last eight of the competition, with the remaining four contenders to be determined next week. Next up for the Portuguese champions is a home league match against Feirense on Sunday, while Roma - their season now on the brink of tatters - face Empoli on their return to Serie A action five days from now.
