It's been a game of few chances for Frankfurt and Kostic epitomises this by blazing another effort high and wide.
FULL-TIME: BAYERN MUNICH 5-1 EINTRACHT FRANKFURT.
89'
Muller delivers the set piece to Robben, who's unmarked at the edge of the box, but his left-footed shot is blocked.
Bayern have a free-kick in a dangerous position just outside the box to the left of the pitch and it's Muller to take.
88'
Thiago tries to play a throughball in behind into an overlapping Kimmich, but Hinteregger intercepts and clears the ball.
80'
The only thing that would have been better is if Robben had cut in on his left foot as he's done countless times in the past. A goal's a goal, though, and the Dutchman deservedly adds his name to the scoresheet.
78'
A. Robben has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by D. Alaba.
Lewandowski's pre-assist was the best part of the goal and it made Alaba's job easy. All he had to do was hit a first-time cross into Robben to convert.
GOAL! 5-1! ROBBEN GETS IN ON THE ACT! It's almost too perfect as substitute Robben adds the fifth goal in his final Bayern game. It's a simple tap-in at the far post, connecting with Alaba's low cross across the six-yard box. Lewandowski deserves credit, too, for his part, playing a chipped throughball over the defence and into Alaba initially.
77'
With Bayern 4-1 ahead and controlling possession, it's very much a celebration of the old guard, with both Ribery and Robben now on the pitch for their final games for the club.
73'
F. Ribéry gets yellow.
Ribery is shown a yellow card for taking his shirt off during his celebration.
72'
F. Ribéry has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by J. Kimmich.
Ribery deserves all the credit for the goal, but Kimmich gets the assist for his initial pass.
GOAAAAL! RIBERY MAKES IT 4-1! The Frenchman comes off the bench to put the game out of sight and end Eintracht's hopes of European football! He holds his shirt up to the adoring home crowd and they're loving it! What a goal, too, as the Frenchman weaves between two defenders to get into the box and lift his shot above Trapp and into the goal.
71'
As it stands, Frankfurt are now eighth in the Bundesliga and playing in Europe next year is slowly becoming unachievable.
69'
Thiago Alcântara gets yellow.
Thiago goes into the book for a bad tackle from behind on Kostic.

Description
67'
A. Robben enters the game and replaces S. Gnabry.
Now the result is almost beyond doubt, it's time to introduce Robben for his final Bayern appearance and he comes on for Gnabry.
64'
Lucas Torró enters the game and replaces A. Rebić.
Rebic has been quiet today and he comes off for Torro.
Gnabry nearly makes it 4-1 after Ribery sends him into the box with a throughball, but Hinteregger gets in the way and blocks the shot. It falls to Muller, who takes his time to consider his options and attempts to chip Trapp, but his effort goes wide.
61'
F. Ribéry enters the game and replaces K. Coman.
Ribery is getting himself ready in the dugout and it's one Frenchman coming off for another as Coman makes way after a fantastic performance.
58'
Renato Sanches has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by K. Coman.
Coman has had an excellent game so far and he adds an assist, demonstrating his awareness to wait for Sanches on the overlap and vision to then slip him in behind the defence.
GOAAAAAL! SANCHES MAKES IT 3-1! Gnabry's miss thankfully proves inconsequential as substitute Sanches scores the third only seconds later! Coman leads the attack down the left, feeds Sanches on the overlap and the midfielder gets to the byline, cuts back inside and finishes from a very tight angle into the bottom-right corner. Bayern are cruising to the title!
55'
Kostic delivers a free-kick into the box and it's an enticing looking ball, but no Frankfurt player can reach it before Bayern are able to clear.
53'
D. Alaba has scored a goal for Bayern Munich!
Remember, a point is still enough for Bayern to win the title, so it's far more significant for Frankfurt who move fifth as it stands.
GOAAAAL! BAYERN 2-1! Frankfurt's hopes are short-lived! Alaba gets the goal as he chases down Muller's shot from the edge of the box and he's first to the loose ball following Trapp's save with the simplest of close range finishes to restore the lead!
51'
M. Hasebe gets yellow.
Hasebe is the second Frankfurt player to go into the book as he's shown a yellow card for a bad foul on Lewandowski.
50'
S. Haller has scored a goal for Eintracht Frankfurt!
GOAAAAL! BAYERN 1-1 FRANKFURT! It's game on in Bavaria as Haller equalises with his first real contribution since coming on! It's Kostic's corner that sets up the chance as it arrives at Abraham at the far post, but his shot hits the bar and drops ever so perfectly for Haller to tap in to an empty net.
48'
That's a decent chance for Bayern as Gnabry gets to the byline and fizzes a cross back into the six-yard box, but Trapp beats it away and relieves the danger.
47'
Bayern are now just 45 minutes away from capturing their 29th Bundesliga title, provided they maintain their performance level from the first half.
46'
S. Haller enters the game and replaces J. de Guzmán.
Eintracht get the action underway looking to overturn a one-goal deficit.
Something had to change for Frankfurt and De Guzman, a midfielder, is coming off for Haller, a striker.
45' +2
HALF-TIME: BAYERN MUNICH 1-0 EINTRACHT FRANKFURT.
45'
Rebic does well to hold the ball up after a prolonged Bayern attack and he feeds Gacinovic, but the Frankfurt midfielder gives away possession as the move ends and the hosts regain control.
43'
Rebic spots Ulreich off his line and attempts an audacious chip from some way outside the area, but he doesn't get his effort on target and Bayern have a goal kick.
41'
Alaba now leads the Bayern attack on the left, combining with Coman, but the full-back chooses to recycle possession.
39'
Jovic goes down in a heap on the sideline after a challenge by Thiago and the Bayern midfielder is incensed at the fact that Jovic makes a meal of it.
38'
Bayern have a chance to break here and Muller leads the charge, but Hasebe does well to read the danger and make a challenge.
37'
Renato Sanches enters the game and replaces L. Goretzka.
Goretzka's game is over and Bayern boss Niko Kovac is forced into a first-half change, bringing on Sanches.
36'
M. Hinteregger gets yellow.
Hinteregger is the first into the referee's book after a late challenge on Lewandowski. This is a battle that is likely to continue throughout the game, but the centre-back will have to be careful from now on.
35'
Lewandowski is down on the pitch holding his leg and he looks to be in some discomfort after a duel with Hinteregger. He's up quickly though and able to continue.
33'
Eintracht are clearly lacking composure in the attacking phases of their play so far, reflected in Gacinovic's wild shot from outside the box that goes high over the bar.
32'
Bayern are maintaining their pressure on the Frankfurt defenders, resulting in a Gnabry volley from inside the box, but it goes wide and the visitors are let off once again.
30'
That's a close call for Frankfurt as the VAR does its job to rule out the goal, but it should act as a wake-up call for the visitors who have been poor so far.
24'
That's a great chance for Coman as Muller floats a cross into the middle of the box, but the French winger can't get his header on target.
23'
The game has settled down somewhat after a rather frantic start and Bayern are controlling possession well.
21'
Here come Bayern again through Coman on the left and he feeds Muller inside the six-yard box, but the German is flagged for offside. It's a very close decision and a moment of respite for the visitors.
20'
As it stands across the Bundesliga, Eintracht drop to seventh. Unless they can get a result against a rampant-looking Bayern side, they risk missing out on a European place altogether.
18'
Bayern are certainly the superior side so far and there's a feeling that a second goal is imminent as Trapp makes another save from a weak Lewandowski header.
17'
Gnabry charges into the box, but he encounters Hinteregger, who is calm and strong enough to muscle the Bayern winger off the ball and clear the danger.
15'
This is the first real spell of possession for Frankfurt, but it breaks down as Hasebe plays a wayward pass towards the Bayern back four. The intention is clear, but the execution is poor.
12'
Frankfurt have a chance to launch a counter of their own and Kostic does well on their left to retain the ball and pass it inside, but the move breaks down.
11'
Bayern are on the break through Coman on the left, but Abraham is alert to the danger and gets across to make a tackle and stop the counter.
10'
Bayern are throwing everything they have at Frankfurt at the beginning of this game, clearly trying to build as big a lead as possible to take the pressure of the fixture.
4'
K. Coman has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by T. Müller.
GOAL! BAYERN TAKE A 1-0 LEAD! They're heading to their seventh straight title as Coman gives the hosts a very early lead! Lewandowski holds the ball up well and lays it off to Muller outside the box, who slips in Coman to finish low under Trapp into the bottom-right corner.
Muller has come under close scrutiny this season, but he was reliable in a key moment once again, playing a perfect pass for Coman's goal.
3'
Thiago gives away the first foul of the game after a coming together with Kostic in the air. It looks as though the Frankfurt winger was caught in the face by a trailing elbow.
2'
It's looking like a 3-1-4-2 formation for Eintracht, perhaps with the idea of packing the middle of the pitch with bodies to try and stop Bayern building up through the centre. The visitors will press high and try and put that Bayern back four under pressure and look to pounce on any mistakes they make.
1'
Bayern get the game started.
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the final day of the Bundesliga as Bayern Munich host Eintracht Frankfurt.
Bayern are in the driving seat to retain the Bundesliga, starting the day two points ahead of Borussia Dortmund in second. Due to their vastly superior goal difference, a point will be enough to secure their seventh straight title, but anything less and they’ll have to rely on the Black and Yellows dropping points at fourth-placed Borussia Monchengladbach. Frankfurt will be hoping for a Dortmund victory, though, as they're just a point off fourth and a spot in next season's Champions League, but they'll need a result of their own.
BAYERN MUNICH XI (4-2-3-1): Sven Ulreich; Joshua Kimmich, Niklas Sule, Mats Hummels, David Alaba; Thiago Alcantara, Leon Goretzka; Serge Gnabry, Thomas Muller, Kingsley Coman; Robert Lewandowski.
EINTRACHT FRANKFURT XI (3-1-4-2): Kevin Trapp; David Abraham, Martin Hinteregger, Makoto Hasebe; Jonathan de Guzman; Danny da Costa, Gelson Fernandes, Mijat Gacinovic, Filip Kostic; Luka Jovic, Ante Rebic.
SUBS: Frederik Ronnow, Simon Falette, Sebastien Haller, Lucas Torro, Almamy Toure, Timothy Chandler, Goncalo Paciencia.
The teams are on their way out and kick-off is imminent!
Bayern can't rest on their laurels and celebrate too hard, though, as they have a cup final to prepare for next weekend when they meet RB Leipzig in their attempt to secure a domestic double. For Frankfurt, it's been an excellent season, particularly in Europe, but they've ended their domestic campaign in poor form. With Jovic likely leaving over the summer, manager Adi Hutter will certainly have some issues to address prior to next year.
