Hello and welcome to live coverage of the Premier League meeting between Burnley and Liverpool at Turf Moor!
Liverpool are the only team in the Premier League yet to drop any points, after picking up where they left off last season. They will be hoping to maintain their perfect record today and go into the international break on the back of four consecutive wins. As for Burnley, they are winless in their last three games (D1 L2) after opening the season with a 3-0 victory over Southampton.
BURNLEY STARTING XI (4-4-2): Nick Pope; Matthew Lowton, James Tarkowski, Ben Mee, Erik Pieters; Aaron Lennon, Jack Cork, Ashley Westwood, Dwight McNeil; Ashley Barnes, Chris Wood.
BURNLEY SUBS: Joe Hart, Kevin Long, Jeff Hendrick, Matej Vydra, Danny Drinkwater, Jay Rodriguez, Charlie Taylor.
LIVERPOOL STARTING XI (4-3-3): Adrian; Trent Alexander-Arnold, Virgil van Dijk, Joel Matip, Andrew Robertson; Jordan Henderson, Fabinho, Georginio Wijnaldum; Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane.
LIVERPOOL SUBS: Caoimhin Kelleher, Divock Origi, James Milner, Xherdan Shaqiri, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Joe Gomez, Adam Lallana.
The teams are out on the field now, with kick-off just moments away.
Liverpool could easily lead by more at the break, after also hitting the woodwork and being denied by some good saves by Pope, but Klopp will be happy with how his side have played. If they continue to play in the same way, they should maintain their perfect start. As for Burnley, they need to find a way to get Barnes and Wood involved more. They've just haven't created enough opportunities for the forwards to cause Liverpool problems.
So, that's 12 points from 12 for Liverpool and they stay top of the table heading into the international break before they face Newcastle United in two weeks time. Burnley still have just the one win from their opening four games, but will be hoping to turn that around when they face Brighton and Hove Albion in their next league match.
