Hello and welcome to live match coverage of the International friendly fixture between Northern Ireland and Luxembourg at Windsor Park.
Northern Ireland come into this fixture having won their last match against Belarus in the UEFA Euro Qualifiers 1-0. Luc Holt’s Luxembourg, on the other hand, will be looking to bounce back having lost to Ukraine last time out.

LUXEMBOURG (4-4-2): Anthony Moris; Laurent Jans, Lars Gerson, Dirk Carlson, Kevin Malget; Danel Sinani, Olivier Thill, Leandro Barreiro, Vincent Thill; Gerson Rodrigues, Maurice Deville.
NORTHERN IRELAND SUBS: Trevor Carson, Michael McGovern, Jamal Lewis, Patrick McNair, Alfie McCalmont, Ethan Galbraith, Mark Sykes, Liam Donnelly, Bobby Burns, Steven Davis, Shayne Lavery, Niall McGinn.
LUXEMBOURG SUBS: Tim Kips, Ralph Schon, Marvin Martins, Vahid Selimovic, Chris Philipps, Tim Hall, Aldin Skenderovic, Mathias Olesen, Florian Bohnert, Daniel Alves da Mota, Aurelien Joachim, David Turpel.
The hosts have been on a fine run of form of late as they come into this match having won each of their last four games. Michael O’Neill’s side have conceded only two goals in their current run of victories and will be full of confidence as they look to make it five wins in a row. Luxembourg, meanwhile, have won only two of their previous eight fixtures, with the visitors’ last away win coming in the Nations League against San Marino back in November 2018.
The teams are out and kick-off will soon be upon us here at Windsor Park.
Northern Ireland will be pleased with how they ended the first half and will look to continue in the same fashion after the break. Whyte has been the main threat for the hosts and the winger will be crucial to Northern Ireland extending their lead after the restart. Despite being behind, Luxembourg will be happy with their first-half display. Thill has looked lively down the left-hand side and the visitors will turn to him to get them back into the game in the second half.
Northern Ireland will hope to continue their good form as they face Germany in a top-of-the-table clash in Group C of the UEFA Euro Qualifiers in their next fixture. Luxembourg, meanwhile, will look to bounce back when they host Serbia next time out.
That brings an end to our coverage of the International friendly fixture between Northern Ireland and Luxembourg at Windsor Park. Thank you very much for joining us. Goodbye!
