Hello and welcome to live match coverage of the EFL Cup third round fixture between Arsenal and Nottingham Forest at Emirates Stadium.
Emery will be delighted with how his side have performed thus far and will be looking for the same after the restart. Arsenal have looked a real threat down the flanks, with crosses into the box causing Forest problems throughout the first half. The visitors, meanwhile, will look to limit the home side to fewer chances and then catch them on the break. Lamouchi will hope to get more players in-and-around Adomah in the second half as the forward found himself isolated too often in the opening 45 minutes.
That brings an end to our coverage of the EFL third round fixture between Arsenal and Nottingham Forest at Emirates Stadium. Thank you very much for joining us. Goodbye!
Arsenal will discover their opposition for the fourth round following the conclusion of tomorrow’s fixtures, but their attentions will now turn to their Premier League clash against Manchester United in their next fixture.
