Martinez is the only man in the area for the corner as Inter play keep-ball at the touchline.
90' +4
Martinez and Sanchez look like they could combine to get through on goal, but the former's pass pushes the latter wide out to the right. He wins a corner as his cross back into the area deflects behind.
90' +3
Martinez comes back to help his side get a ball away, and wins a free kick as Berisha comes from behind to try and win it. Lazio boss Inzaghi is then shown yellow, presumably for saying something not very nice.
90' +2
Lazzari works a bit of space for a cross on the right, but it's straight into Handanovic's hands and Inter can waste a few more seconds.
90'
L. Martínez gets yellow.
Bastos and Martinez battle for a ball forward, Martinez going down before seeing yellow after kicking the defender in his attempts to get it back.
89'
Lazio clear the corner and counter with Jony down the left. He makes good progress and finds Immobile with a low pass into the area, but the striker can't get a good connection on his first-time shot and it deflects away.
88'
Inter still look like they'd rather a 2-0 win to a 1-0. Sanchez can't quite get hold of a long ball forward but he hustles the defender Felipe and eventually wins a corner. He gets a round of appreciative applause for his effort.
87'
Martinez does really well to chest a long pass toward the path of Sensi, but he just can't latch onto it. Inter get the ball back and continue to press for a goal, but it eventually finds its way behind for a goal kick. Acerbi gives Bastos a hand with a spot of cramp.
85'
Nobody can get a clean header on Sensi's free kick, and the second ball is hooked away before it can bounce behind for another corner.

Description
84'
Lazio get the corner away but the ball comes back in, and former Liverpool man Lucas fouls former Manchester United man Sanchez. He falls on the ball which adds to his discomfort, but the free kick is in a good position for a cross, to the right of the area.
83'
A. Sánchez enters the game and replaces R. Lukaku.
Lukaku put in a good shift in the first half but has struggled to make an impression in the second. He's replaced by his old Manchester United team-mate Sanchez.
Martinez gets his first whiff of goal thanks to Barella's through ball, but a Lazio defender just gets back to cover his shot and deflect it behind.
81'
M. Parolo gets yellow.
Lazzari gets a bit of space on the right for what feels like the first real time in the match, and cuts back onto his left foot. His cross toward the line of the six-yard box looks a good one, but there's nobody on the end of it.
Parolo sees yellow for following through on Martinez. He's passed the ball and ended up stamping on Martinez' leg as his foot comes back down. It looks nasty, but it doesn't look intentional.
79'
Immobile looks to make a nuisance of himself down the left, but De Vrij does really well to keep him in check and get the ball cleared away. Inter counter and almost find Sensi in space at the edge of the area, but the ball bounces just over his head.
78'
Correa gets to the right byline some eight yards from the near post and looks to find Immobile in the middle, but the striker is adjudged to have fouled Handanovic in his attempts to reach the ball.
77'
L. Martínez enters the game and replaces M. Politano.
Politano is flagged offside from Handanovic's long ball forward.
Martinez gets a run-out in place of Politano.
76'
Brozovic is pressed from all sides in the centre circle and for a second is seems as though Lazio might work a promising counter-attacking opportunity, but the Croatian keeps his head and finds a pass back to his defence.
73'
Bastos gets yellow.
V. Berisha enters the game and replaces S. Milinković-Savić.
Bastos gets the first yellow card of the second half.
Milinkovic-Savic is done for the night, as Berisha comes on for the last 20 minutes or so.
72'
Lukaku gets a shooting opportunity at the edge of the area, the first one he's really had in the second half. He connects fairly well with the ball but lifts a powerful left-footed shot well over.
70'
Inter have been a lot more calm in playing around the Lazio press in the second half, usually finding a way out down one of the wings. This time they go left and look to break forward, but Sensi's pass is cut out in midfield.
69'
Sensi and Lukaku combine down the left as space begins to open up in the Lazio half. The striker finds Sensi at the edge of the area, but he miscues his shot and it loops up over the bar.
66'
A second change for Lazio. Lucas comes on for Luis Alberto.
65'
Lucas Leiva enters the game and replaces Luis Alberto.
64'
The corner is cleared, and Brozovic's attempted curling shot from the edge of the area is headed away as well. A long ball then comes back toward the area, but that's headed clear too. A cross from D'Ambrosio eventually finds Lukaku, but he's pressured and can't get a clean connection on the ball.
63'
Inter are pressed at the back again but Skriniar relieves the danger with a nice pass out towards the right. Inter play it from one side to the other where Lukaku eventually finds room for a shot on the left of the area, but Acerbi slides in to deflect it behind.
62'
The corner towards the back post is headed back across by Acerbi where Correa hooks a volley toward goal, but it's straight down Handanovic's throat and not hit with any real venom. The keeper makes a simple catch.
58'
Jonny gets to the left byline and looks for Immobile, but his cross doesn't beat the defender. Almost a first sniff for the substitute there.
57'
S. Sensi enters the game and replaces M. Vecino.
Inter make their first change, Vecino coming off for the in-form Sensi.
56'
Barella plays a lovely ball from the centre of midfield to Politano, making a run down the right. He attempts to hook a cross into Lukaku, but there's a Lazio head back to knock it away.
55'
D'Ambrosio plays a loose pass out of play on the right, and Lazio get another ball back cheaply. Inter haven't started the second half especially well, and Lazio may fancy their chances of taking advantage.
53'
C. Immobile enters the game and replaces F. Caicedo.
Lazio make the first change of the night, with top scorer Immobile coming on for Caicedo.
51'
Inter come forward and fire a couple of crosses into the area, but Lazio clear and launch a counter. The ball almost comes to Caicedo, but it's just too high for him to do anything useful with and Inter eventually get a header back to Handanovic.
50'
Lazio get a corner on the left, and after a bit of pinball Milinkovic-Savic has a shooting opportunity. He swings a left boot at the ball but it's deflected behind for another corner.
49'
Correa looks to charge Handanovic, but the keeper calmly spreads the ball wide to Skriniar. Possession changes hands a couple of times with Lazio pressing well again but unable to keep hold of the ball, before they eventually go all the way back to their keeper with Lukaku looking to press back.
48'
Lukaku spreads the ball left to Barella, and he comes back inside as Inter look to stretch the Lazio defence. Politano goes down but doesn't get the free kick, before Caicedo is then fouled attempting to lead a counter.
47'
Lukaku and Acerbi challenge for a high ball, the defender eventually handballing - but the referee adjudges Lukaku to have manhandled him into doing so, and Lazio get the free-kick just inside their own half.
45' +3
HALF-TIME: INTER 1-0 LAZIO
45' +2
D. D'Ambrosio gets yellow.
Into two minutes of stoppage time, Inter look to launch one last attack but the ball into Lukaku is weak and easily intercepted. Goalscorer D'Ambrosio goes into the book for stopping the counter by bringing down Correa.
45'
We're back! Lazio get the ball rolling, with 45 minutes between Inter and a fifth league win in five to start the season. Can they do it?
43'
Luis Alberto is down in some pain after a tackle from Godin. He took a hefty kick to the leg as the experienced defender slid in, perhaps seeking vengeance for the bad tackle which went the other way earlier in the game.
42'
A cross-field pass from the left to right of Lazio's defence is easily intercepted by Vecino, but he can't quite get the bouncing ball under control and the chance for a sucker-punch goes begging. The pass was so badly hit it saved itself, in the end.
40'
Lazio look to have a two-on-three break on the halfway line, but the ball which might have set Correa through on goal is hit to feet instead of played ahead and the move disintegrates. There's some frustration between the Lazio forwards there.
39'
Inter work a crossing opportunity for Biraghi on the left, but his first-time ball is weak and cleared away with ease. Inter's forwards were already retreating so it would have taken a great ball to make something happen there.
37'
Inter clear the corner away and launch an attack through Barella. He's brought down 30 yards out but the referee waves play on and Lazio launch a counter of their own, before the ball goes astray over on the left.
34'
Lazio press the Inter defence high again, and Godin is forced into putting the ball out of play as Jony boxes him in over by the left corner flag.
32'
The ball is fizzed in left-footed towards the near post, but a Lazio defender manages to scramble it away before it can be flicked on.
31'
Luis Alberto gets yellow.
A ball bouncing forward towards the edge of the Lazio area causes a bit of indecision from keeper and defence, before Bastos eventually hoiks it back over his head and away. D'Ambrosio was lurking.
Luis Alberto is late in a tackle on Godin as the defender makrs a run forward down the right, and Inter get a free kick in a decent position for a cross.
30'
Bastos and Barella contest a high ball out by the touchline by the managers, and fall on a heap on top of each other. Barella doesn't look best pleased, but there's nothing doing from the referee.
28'
Luis Alberto shows seom deft footwork to step around Vecino in midfield, but the shooting opportunity which briefly appeared closes pretty quickly and Lazio recycle possession.
27'
Despite that Lukaku chance, Lazio have reacted pretty well to D'Ambrosio's goal. They briefly set up camp in the Inter half, looking to pick their way through rather than storm the gates as they've been attempting so far. When Inter started trying that, they scored two minutes later...
25'
Inter get the resulting corner cleared away with little fuss and look to counter through Politano, but he can't find a good option ahead of him on the right wing and he turns back to keep hold of possession.
23'
D. D'Ambrosio has scored a goal for Inter Milan! Assist by C. Biraghi.
GOAL, 1-0 INTER! D'AMBROSIO OUT OF NOWHERE! Biraghi comes inside onto his right foot and delivers a looping ball to the back post, where D'Ambrosio sneaks in behind Jony and plants a low header past the keeper.
Biraghi gets the assists for an excellent cross to the far post.
22'
Gradually, Inter are getting a foothold in the Lazio half. They're having to be patient but look more willing to work the ball around than they did at the start of the match, when it was all a bit frantic.
19'
Caicedo lays a ball off to Milinkovic-Savic, playing it back from the edge of the area but he can't find an angle for the shot. Coming up to the 20-minute mark and we're still waiting for the first real opening here.
18'
Lukaku works himself a yard of space to the left of the penalty area with a stepover, and delivers a good cross to the line of the six-yard box. Bastos just manages to get there ahead of Politano, and the danger is cleared. He's having to work hard, but Lukaku is doing his job well so far today.
17'
Biraghi's left-wing cross from deep is straight into the hands of Strakosha, who gets up and makes a firm two-handed catch.
16'
Caicedo has a sniff of the first real chance of the game, breaking into the penalty area but a heavy touch sees the ball run just too close to Handanovic and the keeper is able to paw it away.
15'
Lukaku reacts well to pounce on a blind pass from a Lazio defender, throwing himself through the air to intercept and head it onto a team-mate, but he can't quite get his header right and Lazio manage to smother the danger again.
Lukaku presses Strakosha from a back-pass and manages to intercept the keeper's kick, but it cannons off his hand.
14'
Brozovic exchanges passes with Biraghi to try and work some room for a shot or a through ball, but he's charged down as soon as he looks to pull the trigger. Lazio are getting lots of men back behind the ball.
13'
Lukaku looks to link up with Politano, bringing a ball under control and into his strike partner's path, but Politano is immediately tackled. The home side are struggling to find any space in Lazio's half so far.
12'
Luis Alberto finds a pocket of space on the left of midfield and drives into it, but De Vrij gets across to make a solid sliding tackle. The ball cannons up off Luis Alberto's leg, and it's behind for an Inter goal kick.
11'
Correa looks to make a burst forward down the right, but he's unceremoniously barged off the ball by Skriniar. The referee pauses for a moment before eventually giving the free kick on the halfway line.
10'
Lazio press Inter inside their penalty area but the home side play their way out of it well and threaten to launch a dangerous attack with five Lazio players already bypassed, but there's a groan from the crowd as Biraghi's pass forward goes out of play on the left.
8'
For the first time in the game, Inter put their foot on the ball and look to build a move slowly. They work it forward to Lukaku who gets the ball on the edge of the area over to the left, but he can't find a team-mate with his low cut-back.
6'
Inter put together a neat little move down the right with some first-time passing between a few players, but the final pass to release D'Ambrosio is wayward. Inter get the ball back from the resulting throw but another poor ball leaves Strakosha with a goal kick.
5'
The corner is delivered high and deep - too high and too deep for anyone, so Lazio are forced to collect the ball over on the far side of the area and build the attack again. Inter have plenty of bodies back behind the ball from the corner, and Lazio can't pick a way through.
4'
Godin gives the ball away with a sloppy ball forward, and Lazio launch a swift counter with a ball over the top for Jony to chase. He can't get past Skriniar, but wins the first corner of the game over on the left.
3'
Bastos looks to make a foray forward in the left channel, and fouls D'Ambrosio in the process of getting past him. An Inter team-mate tripped over D'Ambrosio on his way down, and it looks like a bit of a painful fall. He's up and running quickly enough, though.
2'
After that fairly breathless start to proceedings, Lazio look to play a bit of keep-ball before Biraghi brings down Lazzari for a free-kick on the halfway line.
1'
We're off! It's a bold start from Lazio who get the game underway, both forwards immediately driving at the heart of defence, but Correa runs into trouble at the edge of the area and the danger is cleared. Inter go up the other and and Politano makes it all the way to the six-yard box before he's tackled. All inside 60 seconds!
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of this Serie A contest tonight, as Antonio Conte’s Inter host Simone Inzaghi’s Lazio at San Siro.
Inter have a perfect record with four wins from four so far this season, and their excellent goal difference means a draw would be enough to take them ahead of Juventus at the top. Lazio’s campaign has been up and down but with seven points from their four games, they sit fairly healthily in fifth.
INTER (3-5-2): Samir Handanovic; Diego Godin, Stefan de Vrij, Milan Skriniar; Danilo D’Ambrosio, Nicolo Barella, Marcelo Brozovic, Matias Vecino, Cristiano Biraghi; Matteo Politano, Romelu Lukaku.
LAZIO (3-5-2): Thomas Strakosha; Bastos, Francesco Acerbi, Luiz Felipe; Jony, Luis Alberto, Marco Parolo, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, Manuel Lazzari; Joaquin Correa, Felipe Caicedo.
SUBS: Bobby Adekanye, Jordan Lukaku, Valon Berisha, Danilo Cataldi, Guido Guerrieri, Ciro Immobile, Lucas Leiva, Senad Lulic, Adam Marusic, Patric, Silvio Proto, Denis Vavro.
Right, the players are on their way out of the tunnel and we’re nearly ready for kick-off. This could be a great game, who are you backing?
Inzaghi may look to the cutting edge of Immobile in the second half, but both Correa and Caicedo have performed their roles pretty well up front so far. It's been a midfield battle, which is probably to expected with both sides playing some form of 3-5-2. A bit more patience and guile in the middle could be enough to win this game.
They might not have been at their best, but Conte's side have a fifth league win in a row and they finish the night on top of Serie A. Things could certainly be worse. Lazio's second defeat of the season sees them drop down to eighth, with a few of the teams below them still to play their fifth fixture. It's back home for a game with Genoa for them at the weekend, while Inter are travelling to Sampdoria.
That's your lot from San Siro tonight. Thanks for joining us - we hope you enjoyed yourselves. Until the next time!
